1. In the admin portal, click on Account.
2. Search for your teammate/employee and click Invite to add them.
Yes! We’ll invite one user to start.
From there, they can add as many users as they’d like under the Account section.
Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.
Dashboard access is available to approved users with active, eligible accounts. Go to savings.rcpasave.com or contact info@rcpasave.com to get set up.

Transactions are updated on a 24-hour delay.
It reflects when a driver fuels outside of RCPA’s participating premier fuel stops, potentially missing out on eligible rebates or negotiated discounts.
Savings amount shown on the dashboard are estimates and vary based on transaction timing, merchant reconciliation, or rebate eligibility. For questions, contact your Account Manager or email accountmanagers@rcpasave.com for support.
Rebates are calculated based on terms outlined in your agreement.

2. Find the card, click the pencil icon under Status, and select Block.

2. Find the card under Card ID, click the pencil icon, and update the PIN under Employee ID (only works for cards under a driver’s name).
