1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are business owners nominating a current driver or employee. Void where prohibited. 

2. Promotion Period: Nominations must be submitted between May 1st and May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

3. How to Enter: Submit a completed nomination form through the designated landing page during the Promotion Period, including required information and a description of why your nominee is a standout employee or driver. Limit one (1) nomination per nominator.

4. Selection of Recipients: Eligible nominations will be reviewed and evaluated based on the strength and quality of the nomination, including the uniqueness, impact, and originality of the nominee’s performance or contributions. RCPA will select recipients, including the top three (3) nominees, at its sole discretion. Selection is based on subjective evaluation of merit and is not random.

5. Prizes:

• Up to 200 eligible nominations will receive a $5 RaceTrac gift card, subject to availability and while supplies last. Total maximum value of gift cards distributed under this promotion is $1,000.

• Additionally, three (3) top nominees will each receive a RaceTrac promotional bundle including RaceTrac-branded merchandise and free coffee or lunch vouchers (approximate retail value of up to $250).

• Approximate retail values are estimates only; actual value may vary. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of RCPA. RCPA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes become unavailable.

6. Recipient Notification: Recipients will be notified via the contact information provided on the nomination form. Failure to respond within five (5) business days may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate recipient may be selected at RCPA’s discretion.

7. General Conditions: RCPA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. By participating, nominators and nominees agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of RCPA, which are final and binding in all respects.

8. Publicity (Where Permitted by Law): By entering this contest, each participant grants the RCPA and its designees a limited, non-exclusive right to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for promotional, advertising, and trade purposes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If selected as a winner, participation in publicity activities is voluntary. The winner may choose not to participate in promotional activities, and their decision will not affect their ability to receive the prize.

9. Limitation of Liability: RCPA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected nominations, or for any errors in the administration of the promotion or the announcement of prizes. All prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
