Sponsor: The sponsor of the RCPA Fuel Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance, Inc. (“RCPA” or “Sponsor”), located at 5511 Virginia Way, STE 400, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, eligible participants must apply for and be approved for the RCPA Fuel Card through rcpasave.com during the Entry Period. They must activate/swipe their RCPA Fuel Card at a participatig Premier Vendor location between March 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026. Each qualifying swipe of an RCPA Fuel Card at a participating Premier Vendor during the Sweepstakes Period will automaticaly constitute one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may recieve during the Sweepstakes Period, provided each entry results from a qualifying swipe. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Automated, robotic, mechanical, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age twenty-one (21) years or older at time of entry. Valid only for new customers who do not currently hold, and have not held within the past 12 months, an RCPA Fuel Card. The Sweepstakes is not available to residents of Rhode Island and is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prizes and Odds: One (1) winner will receive a digital gift card in the amount of $1,000. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Prizes pictured in advertising or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses not specifically identified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099-MISC if required by law.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Limit one (1) prize per household.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000. The Prize has an approximate dollar value of $1000 USD.

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Random Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be selected on or about March 31, 2026, at approximately 3 PM ET. Potential winner will be contacted via telephone or email on or about April 2, 2026, using the contact information given at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winner. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected. In the event a winner chooses not to accept their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. 

General:  By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use or misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, rules, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of winners and prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date. Sponsor is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.  

Governing Law: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.

Tax responsibility: This sweepstakes exceeds $600 in value, so a 1099 will be required for the winner.
