Welcome! You’re just a few steps away from saving at the pump and taking control of your fuel spend. Here’s everything you need to know.

What to Submit

Your Account Manager will guide you through each step. You’ll fill out forms to confirm:

  • Who needs cards (driver names)

  • What kind of setup (Driver, Vehicle, or Manager)

  • Where to send them (shipping address)

  • Who needs dashboard access

  • Your preferred card limits

  • Your payment method (ACH or check)

What to Expect

  • Cards arrive via FedEx within ~10 days

  • They’re already active with PINs set

  • Drivers can fuel immediately — just enter PIN + odometer at the pump

  • Nothing to activate, nothing extra to set up

How Card Setup Works

Each card is the same — you decide how it’s used.

Driver: Tied to a person (Name + PIN)

Vehicle: Stays in the truck for shared use

Manager: Higher limits and more access

Default Settings:

  • Fuel-pump only

  • $100/day limit

  • In-store and maintenance access available by request

Your Savings Dashboard

Forget the app — everything you need is in the browser-based dashboard.

You can:

  • Block or pause cards

  • Set or change limits

  • View active/inactive cards

  • See rebates and fuel activity

  • Download reports and statements

Security & Fraud Protection

Your card comes with built-in safety:

  • PIN-protected

  • Real-time block & limits

  • Zip code restrictions available

  • Odometer reading at pump helps with reporting

Tip: Keep vehicle cards in the truck, and make sure drivers know their PIN.

Your “Stand-Up” Day

  • Test all cards by Thursday before launch

  • Avoid weekend starts to prevent support delays

  • Already using another fuel card? We can usually mirror that setup

  • Was the PIN correct?

  • Was it used in-store instead of at the pump?

  • Was the daily limit exceeded?
