  • There are no monthly, annual, per-card, or transaction fees associated with the RCPA Fleet Card.

    In the event that a weekly invoice is not paid in full, a late fee equal to $150 or 9.99% of the past due amount may be charged. RCPA may also charge interest on any past due amount at the rate of the Federal Reserve Prime Rate plus 4%. A returned payment fee of $20 may also be charged.

  • The RCPA Fleet Card is available to all business owners who operate vehicles or fleets—so not just FedEx contractors. Whether you manage delivery vans, service trucks, or a small fleet of vehicles, this card is designed to help you cut fuel costs and simplify your operations.

  • Every Friday, your bank account will be drafted for the total amount due to RCPA for your previous week’s fuel purchases.

  • The RCPA fleet card is a commercial use card. Cardholders may only use cards for commercial purposes (which means the payment of business expenses), and not for personal, family or household purposes.

    Please consult your CPA to determine what personal vehicle expenses qualify as legitimate business expenses.

  • Once your application is approved and you have submitted all RCPA cardholder agreement documents to RCPA, you should receive your cards within 4-7 business days.

  • The RCPA fleet card can be used at any gas station or maintenance shop that accepts Mastercard®.

  • On a quarterly basis, your total fuel card savings from applicable discounts for the last three months will be paid in the form of a check sent to the address on file.
