RCPA x Circle K Pro “Fall Fuel Showdown” October 2025 Campaign – Official Rules

1.     SPONSOR. This promotional Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance, Inc. (“RCPA”) in collaboration with Circle K Pro (“Sponsor”). Circle K Stores Inc. and its affiliates, including Circle K Pro, are not responsible for the administration of this Promotion or the selection of winners. Except where Circle K prizes are provided directly, all prize distribution, communication, and eligibility determinations are managed solely by RCPA. Circle K’s role is limited to co-sponsorship and provision of branded prizes.

2.     PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

3.     ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and active RCPA Fuel Card account holders in good standing during the Promotion Period. Employees of RCPA, Circle K Pro, and any individuals directly involved in the planning, administration, or execution of this Campaign, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, or children residing in the same household), are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

4.     HOW TO ENTER.

·       Skill-Based Competition Entries: No separate entry form is required. All eligible fuel transactions using an RCPA Fuel Card at participating Circle K stations during the Promotion Period will be automatically recorded for prize determination.

·       Sweepstakes Entry Methods: Participants may enter automatically in the sweepstakes-style prize drawings by using their RCPA Fuel Card on qualifying Circle K fuel transactions during the Promotion Period. Alternatively, participants may enter without making a purchase or using an RCPA card by emailing the participant’s full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to info@rcpasave.com during the Promotion Period. Email entries must be received no later than October 31, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person, per sweepstakes-style prize.

5.     PRIZES AND WINNER CRITERIA.

·       Skill-Based Prizes are awarded based on the total gallons pumped at Circle K during the Promotion Period:

·       1st Place: JBL Headphones + $100 Circle K Fuel Card

·       2nd Place: $75 Circle K Fuel Card + Circle K Driver Box (300-lumen flashlight + 25-tool multitool)

·       3rd Place: $50 Circle K Fuel Card + Circle K Cup

·       Prize awarded to the individual who pumps the most gallons in a single calendar day: Circle K Window Break Tool, Key Chain, and T-Shirt

·       Sweepstakes-Style Prizes:

·       Random drawing among all Circle K transactions on a day selected by RCPA: Circle K Hat, Circle K Backscratcher, Ice Scraper

·       First Time at Circle K Winner (chosen among new Circle K customers): Circle K Hat, Circle K Cup, Key Chain

·       Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. RCPA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at RCPA’s sole discretion. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

6.     WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION.

·       Skill-Based Prizes: Winners will be determined by total gallons pumped, as tracked by RCPA Fuel Card transactions. Tie-breakers will be resolved based on earliest cumulative volume.

·       Sweepstakes Prizes: Winners will be selected via random drawing on or about November 5, 2025, and notified by email or phone.

·       All winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7.     PUBLICITY & LICENSE. Except where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, and subject to winner’s prior written consent, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for RCPA and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. No participant shall be required to execute a publicity release as a condition of receiving a prize. Any publicity authorization must be granted voluntarily and separately from prize acceptance.

8.     GENERAL TERMS. RCPA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. RCPA is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for errors in administration. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless RCPA and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use or misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of RCPA and will not be returned. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if RCPA has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in RCPA's sole discretion.

9.     TAXES. Prizes may be considered taxable income. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly described herein.

10.  DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, and participants consent to such jurisdiction.
