How to Apply
Built for Fleet Owners
We started in fleet operations (as FedEx Ground contractors), not banking. That's why our application process looks at your business the way an operator would — not just a credit score.

What We Ask For
Every document we ask for helps us underwrite against real industry benchmarks for your vertical — not a generic small business template. That's how we get fleets approved that other cards turn away, and how we set credit lines that actually match how you operate.
-
Basic business and fleet details so we can start matching you to the right program. We’ll also ask you to identify and provide contact information for any individual with 25% or more ownership in the business as a beneficial owner.
-
Confirms ownership and authorized signer identity. Standard for any commercial credit application. Please upload clear images of the front and back of the authorized signer’s driver’s license.
-
This is where our deep history with the FedEx contractor community makes underwriting faster and easier. We’ve reviewed thousands of FedEx charge and settlement statements over the years, so in most cases we can underwrite your business quickly using just your two most recent weeks of FedEx charge or settlement statements.
If you prefer an alternative, you can instead submit the two most recent months of statements from your primary business banking account.

We don't underwrite fleets like they're generic small businesses.
We built this process from the operator's side of the desk, so we understand seasonal swings, fuel price volatility, and the difference between a landscaping fleet and a last-mile delivery fleet. When your business changes — high season, a new contract, gas prices spike — we work with you throughout the year instead of locking you into a one-time decision.
Fleet Card Application FAQs
-
Most fleet owners complete it in under 15 minutes if you have your documents ready.
-
Not yet. Formation docs aren't part of the application. Once you're approved, we'll ask for them to finalize your cardholder agreement before your account is activated.
-
Reach out to our team directly — we can help with these businesses on a case-by-case basis.
-
We run a standard one-time credit pull on the guarantor as part of the application.
-
Possibly. As fraud becomes more prevalent, our compliance team may call the publicly listed phone number for your business to verify identity. This helps confirm the person applying is the person actually operating the business.
-
A personal guaranty is required for our non-enterprise accounts. Subject to credit review and approval. Terms and conditions apply.
-
Your account isn't set in stone. We work with fleets throughout the year to adjust as conditions change — that's part of how we built this program.
-
Yes. Each EIN requires its own application, but we can operationally set you up with a parent company structure and multiple regions or sub-entities. Work with our team on the setup that fits how your business is structured.
