A Better Billing Experience Has Arrived

At RCPA, we're always looking for ways to make doing business with us simpler, faster, and more secure.

Over the past week, many of our customers successfully transitioned to our brand-new billing and payment platform.

Why We Made the Change

Our goal was simple: Remove the middleman. By bringing our payment processing in-house, we're now able to provide a much better experience for our customers.

That means:

  • Faster resolution when payment issues arise

  • Quicker updates to banking and account information

  • Direct support from your dedicated U.S.-based Account Manager

  • Enhanced security designed to better protect your business from today's growing payment fraud threats

Instead of relying on third-party systems, we're now able to respond directly and deliver the level of service our customers expect.

This Is Just Phase One

While moving payment processing in-house is a major milestone, it's really the foundation for what's coming next. Over the coming months, customers can expect new enhancements including:

  • Detailed invoices and statements with transaction-level reporting for easier reconciliation

  • Simplified interim payments to make managing available credit even easier

  • Continued security improvements to better protect customer accounts

  • More self-service tools, while still providing direct access to your dedicated Account Manager whenever you need assistance

Our vision is simple: Modern technology backed by real people who know your business.

This migration gives us the flexibility to build features our customers have been asking for while continuing to provide the personalized service that has always set RCPA apart.
